Refund & exchange policy

Exchange Only Within 14 Days

At Pure Care Spa, we uphold strict standards to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction. Our policies are in place to maintain hygiene and provide fair, transparent expectations for all purchases.


✅ Eligibility for Exchange at Pure Care Spa

We gladly accept exchanges on unopened, unused skincare and body care products purchased directly from Pure Care Spa within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • Products must be in their original sealed packaging
     
  • A receipt or order number must be provided
     
  • Items will be inspected prior to approval
     
  • Exchanges are issued as store credit for future use at our spa
     

Examples of eligible products include:

  • Facial cleansers, serums, and moisturizers
     
  • Body scrubs and creams
     
  • Hair care products
     
  • Essential oils or spa retail items
     

🚫 Exceptions and Exclusions

We are unable to accept exchanges for the following:

  • Opened or used products
     
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
     
  • Products returned after 14 days
     
  • Sale items or those marked “final sale”
     
  • Gift cards, spa packages, or prepaid memberships
     

💆‍♀️ Spa Services & Appointments

All spa services are non-refundable once rendered.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
     
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund or credit
     

🎟 Packages, Memberships, & Prepaid Services

  • Once used, packages and prepaid series are non-refundable
     
  • Unused prepaid services may be converted into store credit within 30 days (only if no sessions were redeemed)
     

💳 Payments via Affirm or Stripe

  • Purchases made with Affirm will follow Affirm’s refund policy and processing timeline
     
  • Stripe (credit/debit) transactions will be refunded (if applicable) to the original card within 5–10 business days
    Note: Delays may occur based on third-party platform processing
     

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email: info@purecarespa.com
     
  • Include clear photos and your order number
     
  • We will offer a prompt replacement or store credit, based on the situation
     

📌 Policy Enforcement

Pure Care Spa reserves the right to:

  • Refuse exchanges that do not meet stated conditions
     
  • Deny service to individuals abusing the policy
     
  • Update this policy at any time without prior notice
